Mission-Vision
The mission of the Management Information Systems Bachelor's Program is to train universal information managers who have embraced the principles and reforms of Atatürk, possess rational and qualified knowledge-producing skills, and can address the needs of the industry. These individuals will have strong proactivity, communication skills, and work ethics, and will be capable of leading the planning, project development, and implementation phases of management information systems in public or private institutions. They will be taught how to discover and utilize their diverse talents.
Our Vision
The vision of the Management Information Systems Bachelor's Program is to be a department that is recognized in various disciplines and known for its international research in these fields, while also preparing its courses with a qualified and contemporary curriculum that lays the foundation for business and information technologies in line with the requirements of the Information Age. The program aims to support its courses with laboratories and projects, and by providing guidance for organizing activities that will help students get acquainted with social clubs, create entrepreneurial members enriched with global social and cultural values, and adopt a competitive approach that follows the universal trace of technology.
One of the department's new goals is to establish graduate education programs (master's and doctoral degrees).
